Losing a pet!

What to do, if losing a Pet?

Prevent losing your pet

Losing a pet is distressing to owner and his family, so it’s vital you do all you can to avoid them getting lost.

There are twoimportant things you can do to reduce the risk of losing your pet:

1. Make sure your pet is protected within your property at all times with secure fencing around the boundary of your property and locked doors and gates.

2. Follow your community’s licensing regulations. Be sure to attach the license to your dog’s collar. This, along with an ID tag and implanted microchip or tattoo, can help secure your dog’s return should he become lost.
