Short English version of our AGB below

General
During the agreed period of time Biggis Pet Hotel commits to caring/accommodating the abovementioned pet under best possible conditions.

Boarding Rates / Payment

Our rates are on a DAILY basis and NOT by the night (so day of arrival and day of departure are 2 days).
All prices are inclusive of food, treats, bedding and VAT.
The animal food is provided by Biggis Pet Hotel. In case the pet needs any special food (diet, certain brand etc.) it has to be brought by the owner. The supply of pet food by the owner has no effect on the boarding rates.
Method of payment: Only cash at time of reservation or time of check in.

Declaration of guarantee by clients

A condition of boarding is that the owner specifically represents to Biggis Pet Hotel that his pet is in good health and free of fleas and ticks on arrival and has not been exposed to contagious diseases within a 2 month period prior to boarding.

Biggis Pet Hotel must be informed of any pre-existing conditions or illness!

In the event of a contagious illness which the pet may have had on arrival the owner is liable to bear costs of treatment of other pets in our care, disinfection of the kennels and cost additional labour involved.

Precautionary authority
In case of illness or injury the owner agrees all necessary treatment will be administered by a vet and agrees to pay all related costs.

Exclusion of liability
Biggis Pet Hotel is not responsible for bedding, toys and all other personal items brought from home. If they are ruined or lost for any reason, Biggis Pet Hotel will not be responsible for replacement.
Biggis Pet Hotel is not liabel for potential claims of any kind unless pertaining a neglection of duty.

Data protection
Your data will be processed for customer support and customer information purposes in compliance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
